That would offer the risk of town hitting a maf, completely ruining the maf.

How about making it some sort of third-party or making it so that it cannot convert people into maf, just make the prs into something less useful or turn people into lks for more mayhem?

How? I think it should be sided with the village because it gives the cop and doc a second chance. It is too OP as it is with the mafia-side. Change it to village, and it'll be perfect.
