I have no idea what I could have possibly done to bother this guy, but he started trolling me in the lobbies and telling people to lynch and shoot me, ruining at least 3 ranked games for me, and threatened a fake report for lobby camping just because I was jumping into available ranked games that he was in.

Too bad you can't, just like you can't lynch on day 1, or else you would have won.
