nah, he deserved the -k for wasting time with that bogus tracker stuff. he went on and on about how tracker shouldn't claim first day with a NV and it was just really annoying. leave that theory to the setup or the boards, but honestly, doing it in a game with a back and forth argument is kinda meh. you deserved that win, but i still thought his overall play that game was ridiculous, especially since he cleared the tracker with a bogus "oh yeah you typed up a report." w/e.
