No like an extensive thread - what people do when they have found individuals who have cheated. They go into great detail and analyze each and every game.

Make a thread about all of this, I'd like to see other opinions. I just vaguely skimmed through his other games, and I honestly don't see any basis for game throwing/trolling, but rather just bad play or being AFK at times. I would give him a warning for being partially AFK for a portion of the game, but it wasn't like he was doing it a whole lot.

I'll definitely look into it more.

You have to realize that we have no basis for punishing someone for not breaking any rules, especially for playing poorly. I will definitely bring it up with lucid and see if he can inform me of any alts/mains that he sees tied with hotwhipzx. In the mean time, I'd recommend you avoid games with him.
