The attitude that makes town "bw with anything" is a direct result of the learned playstyle of sheeping. The default action of town should be to identify mafia and persuade other players to vote for that player. Barring reports, cop is no more likely to be right than 'you' as blue (you being the generic term here). The attitude that you had that game (namely that cop should be the sole leader) is probably the single aspect that is most damaging to the level of play on this site. I'm sure that it's an attitude that you've learned and that it's not your fault that you follow it now, but it is something that you need to unlearn if you want to improve as a player and, more importantly, it is something you do not want other players to learn.
