Who is mafia and who isn't is at the top of the game in the icon description. When there isn't a side listed, it means they're a third party. Third party roles can have joint wins with either mafia or town. Some third parties can't have joint. Some can only join with mafia. Some change sides back and forth. Fool is one of those that can only joint with mafia or win himself. If there are 3 mafia left alive and 3 villagers and 1 fool then mafia can lynch fool and have a joint win because fool wins if he's lynch. Mafia wins if they are > village.
