its very nice when night falls and you can finally rest after a long day of not doing anything cus maybe you dont have a job but not doing anything can also tire your body and then you rest and have nergy for the next day but i wanted to point out how thats the importance of resting at night even tough the next day you dont have anything to motivate yourself
