Here's what you need to do...

Buy two watches that look expensive, relatively cheap, and are from a brand that nobody has heard of.

If someone walks into your office with a complaint, follow this script...

Guy: (Complains about something)

You: Hey Guy... lemme show you something.

(Whip out both watches and lay them on your desk)

You: Take a good look at these for a second.

Guy: Excuse me (Guy will say something unimportant here, no matter what he says, stick to the script.)

You: Yeah, yeah, yeah, but here... Just pick them up and look at them for awhile.

You: One of those watches is a $100,000 handcrafted, Swiss watch, that I managed to nab at an auction. The other watch is fake.

You: Now tell me. Can you tell the difference between the two?

Guy: Well uh, no I can't.

You: Your answer just cost this company $100,000. Now if you think that you can just waltz in here with your complaints while simultaneously losing this company millions by the second you have another thing coming!

You: Now get out of my face, you disgust me.
