Checked and rechecked. They're not the same person, their ip addresses still differ; as well as their proxy connection. I guess you owe him an apology (if you harassed him in any way) since your statement has no base. If you have any evidence that they are the same person using different logging methods then feel free to PM a moderator and bring up some evidence. There is one thing I need to mention before, every moderator will check the account the same way I did, and therefor if you need something to happen you really need to check his/their history and find something solid.
