Yeah fool gets 10 points,a fool win on record and a win in the stats when winning with town also grats on the win in that game.

It was unranked so no points and Fool can joint with Villagers or Mafia because it's a 3rd party role but it just gets more points for winning with mafia than town which is why Fool normally wins with Mafia than Villagers.
Fool normally only joints with town in ranked when mafia refuses to vote for him thou.
