3 months ago I asked for a site ban as a freed person to escape the bullying on this site. I ended up having to get banned to get this though. Now today I am finally again a freed person, but I again am leaving this site.
main reasons for this:
a few people here with power run this place like a junior high and they will never stop trying to start drama and more specifically target me with their bullying at any cost. I just wanted a new start and to play in peace, but that was not an option for the leadership
the lc rules as they are are beyond a mess. I was going to make a thread on this, but it would be like 10 pages. I will discuss a small aspect of this in 3
In spite of being banned for 3 months for lc, I still will have 2 vios for 3 months and Lc again would be an instant ban. I am basically not allowed to play with anyone without getting a vio threat, so like I would probably get this vio within a few weeks, even if for an accident again. Then 3 months after I was unbanned again, I would still have a vio and get another within a few weeks again. This basically means that while I am unbanned, I still can't play for 3 more months, because of how they give these vios out. while this is not really right, I do not care now though because this website is a train wreck waiting to happen
I still want to give all my complaints to the leadership about the rules before I go. I started a thread but it was too long
I would say have fun here, but only the "cool kid bullies ever can"..Good luck all. There are a few of you that I will miss. Thanks to the few of you that were supportive to me over the past years
Change LC rules

LC rules should go back to their old requirements of a recent gt/harass vio, proof that they joined several games of the person, had other games to join, and they joined to antagonize the person.

this isn't true at all, lc was changed to be stricter and only apply to people who literally cannot play together - you just don't understand

Lc was changed so that if one person asks you to leave their game, even if they think that you are just a bad player and they want to run, you have to leave or get a lc vio.
Like an example, was that lacey wanted me to leave her game because she was running. become reported me for lc lacey. become never said that I could not even play with them. then a mod decided that I should not be able to play with become because we were toxic. We had no record of this, and become was reporting me for lc lacey only. I played with both lacey and become the prior round without incident, but they decided to run and did not want me to play because they never can read me.

4.5months before I got a lc1 vio, I was told to not play with feenikss or shoopie was deleting feenikss vios. so basically when I was ready to move on from the prior harass vios, I could join his games again. this was our literally agreement at the time and I actually honored it. I tried to give feenikss a chance and even asked for his vios to be deleted.
I then got a lc vio basically because shoopie told me to stay away 4.5months before, which was not even true. There were like 2 verbal warnings in between but that just warned me that he was that account and the vios were getting deleted if i played there.
this shows that they twist basically any even comment in a report to give me vios like this. It would 100% happen again, if I was to even consider coming back. I would like join soluciones game, and there is an old report saying that I cant play with him and i would get lc3 again, even when him and I were good.....
So the lobby camping rule was changed so that you can't play with people?

She has a history of making up vios. The most troubling thing is that she usually bans me from playing with as many as 10 people at a time, even when the person never requested this. She does this so I can't play and feel hurt. She started this with my new account last week. Also right now its really easy to get a lc vio, and if I get 1, i get banned for like another 6months again. I basically can't play for at least 3 months now, even if I wanted to play, because she would have me banned within a week even probably. then in january, I could only play until she basically made up another lc vio
It's still also very telling that the mod cult wont openly acknowledge or address the fact that THE MOD CHARLEY openly targets and disrespects you on the forums and in reports, but they can feign sentiment for you if you preface it by stating you want to quit the site.
She can't do anything to you that you haven't done to yourself. You're not going to get banned because of her complaining about your actions so don't give anyone an excuse to give you a violation and you'll be fine.
Relish in the fact that your existence on this site causes her the same discomfort and stress that's she's trying to inflict on you by abusing her power as a mod. She can't even speak about you without making herself look bad which is why she posts then deletes it within a few minutes.

people should not be able to start drama with people period. If they do, they should be punished for this. like if you depants a person in high school to tease them and get caught, you would get in trouble. why is bullying not punishable here?

sadly we are probably approaching the area of harassment now, but we a week ago had no reason to be forced to stay apart. She does not like me and wants me to not play with her, so she is starting this drama and will get the evidence for the ban from my reaction to her tantrum..
I wanted to say that the mods aren't corrupt, but that would force to ignore the fact that Charley insulted you in a thread, deleted said insults, then opened and closed a report claiming you were harassing her by mentioning the very things she's done to you.
You're not going anywhere. You need to just come to terms with the fact that your response comes with the territory and not let it bother you so much. Appeals like these only go to show how disengous this site is for people that aren't part of some circlejerk.
like you can't even fill a game period now around lunch in europe. it was hard 3 months ago but not this bad. this is a sinking ship obviously, because some of the mods are running around with an axe and targeting the floor of the boat..
They have already ruined my experience here, and it can't be fun while these corrupt leaders are still in power. It is not worth the emotional stress that they will cause me to even consider staying here..they will never stop trying to stack up the vios against me and we all know this. the only thing that I can really consider is coming to just throw against the mods, but that is really not worth it to me either
The ship isn't sinking. The crew of the ship is trying to convince the passengers it is so they jump overboard because them doing so would make their lives easier.
There's 0 reason why your self inflicted violations should stop you from being able to play games, and there's 0 reason why specific mods that don't like you should out your accounts so that you can't play the game peacefully within the confines that have been allowed for you.
YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY PERSON THAT HAS BEEN TARGETED WITH NONSENSE AND DRAMA WITH THE HOPE OF STACKING VIOLATIONS UP AGAINST YOU. Don't let these asholes ruin whatever enjoyment you get out of this site when they're not involved with trying to ruin your experience.

Charley literally left 2 very scathing posts towards dreamer in https://epicmafia.com/topic/90861 I wish I had screen capped them before she deleted them.
It's pretty telling that one of the admins would rather quote a post telling OP to quit the site over addressing the fact that this user is constantly harassed by a few specific mods every time they get a chance to do so.
Stop running away dreamer. Fight for what you want out of this site and make it happen regardless of whatever it costs you in the long run.

I have not played for 3 months really, and I have other options now for playing. also the earliest I can come back under the rules is in mid-January. I am done with this bs site.
The only thing that will maybe make me 2nd guess this decision is that charley leaves this site.
Hey Mtlve! Just wanna wish you all the best if you are really gonna leave the site but somehow deep down I feel you won't be truly gone. You will come back eventually like you always do because your life isn't the same without it and the site just isn't the same without you :)
