We are looking for suggestions for new roles that should be added to epicmafia, be creative and try to come up with ideas of roles that aren't similar with the ones we already have.
The best 2 ideas will be picked and lucid was thinking about rewarding those who came up with the ones that are going to be selected.
Pupil Automatically transforms into the role of the first person lynched in the game. While a pupil, cannot be checked by cops (cops appear roleblocked) Cannot win before transforming.
^ basically an amnesiac that doesnt have a choice. The thing about that role is that everyone knows that there is a [new cop] [new janitor] once the first lynch occurs, and it automatically balances the setup according to the first lynch since it adds one person to the side who suffered the first lynch.
Night 2 Chooses another player and learns if their alignment is the same or different from person of night 1's
Night 3 Chooses another player learns if that player's alignment is the same or different from the person of night 2's alignment
and so on Example claim if they survive after night 3: Person A Same as Person B, Person B Different from Person C
extra stuff: It would also be nice to add A nerfed medic to where they cannot heal the same person back to back and add a one shot vigi which functions the same as a regular vigi but only can shoot once. Also an option to add 2 kill power for mafia when 3 are alive during the night.
- Visits someone each night. If that person has been doused or visited by the arsonist the firefighter will clean up the gas. - If he visits the arsonist, everyone who is doused will go up in flames and the arsonist is revealed to the town. - If he is visited by the arsonist, the firefighter dies.
- Starts off as town - If the fickler is visited he/she will turn maf sided. - Flips alignments every time he/she is visited. - If visited by two people fickler will remain with his/her current alignment. - If an odd number of people visit the fickler they change their alignment. - If an even number of people visit the fickler the stay with their current alignment.
- If visited has a 1/2 chance of killing the visitor. - If a killing role tries to kill the old hag and the old hag doesn't kill him, the killing role kills her. - If the old hag fails to kill and the role that visits her survives then the visitors role will be revealed to the mafia. - Sided with mafia
Sides with town. when killed, subsequent day will be dusk (sunset) start.
Hen
Lays an egg if not visited, eggs will be consumed during famine. Otherwise will be available for use like snowballs. Egging another user does not reveal the hen.
At the start of the game, she will pick a player to be her 'child'. If that child is killed, the Mother will be informed of who killed them & what role they are.
Each night, the teacher will pick 2 players. One of those players will be the "Investigated", and the other will be "Taught". The TAUGHT layer will learn the role of the investigated player. The teacher will gain no extra info. (So it's basically a cop but the teacher doesnt get the invesigation, rather the player who the teacher chooses).
I see a lot of possible strategies for this role & I think it'd be fun and viable in competitive
Each night, must visit one person and attempts to suck their blood. If this action is successfully performed on a villager, their blood will be blue. If this action is successfully performed on any other role, their blood will be red.
Cannot be killed during the night, however, if someone attempts to kill the Dracula/Vampire during the night, they will not suck anyones blood and the Dracula/Vampire's role will be revealed to all the next day.
