i more meant you screenshotting and exposing your pms with someone that was going out of their way to play with you when the accusation was that they were playing to your wincon; your bin/response was good, sorry for not specifying ! congrats on trophying after all :)
Any lasting hostility I feel towards you is only rooted in your responses towards the previous round, specifically your comment “this just makes it worse lol” after I spent a good amount of time and effort trying to clear my name. If you feel misjudged by this we can discuss
ok that makes sense, I feel like it depends on the deck as to the confusing and ugly part.

shady and pond are the worst trophiers ever... say no to anon setups
@shady/pond since someone sent me u making fun of me in a game — i hate anon setups cuz they’re confusing and ugly and also cuz it doesn’t actually stop meta at all since you can just say who you are lol
the funny thing is that in the last few months probably existed round cases like this or even more suspicious ones but nothing was done because there were no rolemods and the mod team sucked more.
i mean when i was modding ofc the mod team sucked more eheh
when was the last time someone wrote a bin
Who cares about imaginary pixels Pond, you know you beat most users in the race and that you played fair. Public recognition is overrated, especially considering it's at the hands of the mod team.
I'm so crushed by this decision. Memes, trolling, and jokes aside, this was the first round I've ever ran in, and spent substa....
Just so you know how other feel: I felt like a victim to a meta abuse when you tr/sheep someone without question and it ruins the game for me and it is making it super hard even impossible as maf (that is like extra clear). That aside I think it was not cheating and Pond do that unintentionally but I am not so sure about shady12, I think he just was taking advantage of it and he should have stopped it. I think that the OGI vio and dq is fair. I am here to play the game and have fun, this kinds of things ruins it. I hope in the future you will learn to scumread and hammer your friend once in a while and not insta tr/clear him and I hope you will have the same feeling for the game because this is a game when you make the team after the game start not before... There are couples here playing together and trying to read each other in game and hammering/scumreading each other. They never n1 tho and that is acceptable in red hearts IMO. Just saying...
The structure of how these accusations and reports play out are wildly upside-down. Accusations are filed and a notice is given that you have 24 hours to supply proof and a rebuttal. Meanwhile, however, a decision is going to be passed while you are gathering your response to the allegations. How can you pass judgement if you haven’t allowed room for response?
Those who might say ‘well it’s not done, you can respond and appeal and it can be overturned’ don’t realize the game changes when they do this. You aren’t innocent until proven guilty anymore. By site standards, you have been deemed in violation and worthy of the punishment until you prove your innocence. Which obviously the moderation team is already biased in not seeing eye to eye with you seeing as they already passed judgement in a negative light against you. It turns into a massive uphill battle.
I’ve received numerous messages with anecdotes from players talking about similar situations happening to them and it being ‘how it is’ and ‘really understanding how i’m feeling’. More than anything, these messages are just jarring as they show me the effects of this moderation system and how these things work, specifically regarding trophy suspensions and disqualifications.
To be clear: I respect the mods. y’all have so many responsibilities on here and I see the work it takes to keep this site running and keep everyone adhering to the rules. But i truly think this system i’m now seeing for these cases is flawed and also has contributed in taking trophies away from many others as well.
