My personal opinion is that the death penalty should only be used toward those who commit any form of terrorism that injures or kills a large amount of people.
Otherwise, I think people should be sent to rot for major crimes.
Usually pedophiles sent to jail are taken care of by other inmates. They carry out their own form of justice.
I still don't like the fact that they die, but if pedophiles are going to be killed, it's probably best by someone already with a history of violence and wrongdoing.
Necrophilia is much different. Even though it's dead, it's still your body until it rots and becomes the earth. When you were alive, you could say "no necrophilia" and it would be wrong for anyone to do so.

the real solution is actually a VR program that simulates their disturbing fantasy, so that anyone can be a degenerate in their own way and we dont have to deal with it in society. let the penalty for real world actuation of said fantasies be incredibly harsh - death or life in prison. but at the same time, let people live out their fantasies in the harmless digital world
