Basic Framer 2 doesn't have clears if the framer ccs, which they've done in the majority of games I played yesterday.

I thought setups needed to be played a minimum amount of times before being allowed in comp? Or is that where the unbalanced statistics come into play?

i wish i could explain to you what this rule actually was but as far as i can tell it's purely arbitrary what new setups are and aren't allowed
