That is bs Hipfiring in comp unless with the intent to lose lets say prs claim and you instantshoot, should only be a trolling or isp. There was no intent to throw so it should not be a GT, either trolling or ISP
Lol it isn’t I misclicked unintentionally and got a gt vio should be at most IsP

Historically, hipfiring in comp games has been labeled GT and hipfiring in red heart games was labeled trolling.
Yes, intention is required when doling out GT violations, and in situations like this the lack of intention to win is game throwing since the purpose of competitive games is to attempt to win.
FYI Apropos not anything against you but in order to gt you must have INTENT. If there is no Intent to purposelly lose for the sole reason of throwing the game its not GT and cannot be given a GT vio. Hipfiring unless doing in to lose and killing clears CANNOT be a GT.
See the thing is, BlackGuy 100% hipfired and would receive a violation no matter how dumb his argument against it is
How can you scumread someone that hadn't even talked, especially considering day 1 is just a NL day and nobody said anything particularly game related, and you shot immediatley day 2.
Moving on from that, I referenced other previous verdicts on this just to double check. The other mods can check the mod forums for the thread on hipfiring in comp.
Additionally, receiving a GT vio would definitely be better for you in this situation than a trolling one since it's not only harder to get GT violations if you are legitimately playing to win, but you also have several trolling violations so you're now walking on thin ice as opposed to having a solitary GT vio. If anything my verdict was more lenient than Charley OTing it lol
Since we're posting text walls about hip firing would you like to explain to your fellow mod that this is a hip fire https://epicmafia.com/report/238100
