i see no intent to throw how ever he did hipfire and has 2 previous violations for doing so.

How is that throwing? He had two days to talk, and someone else claimed his role. If I should not take claims seriously on day 1's, then okay I will accept that WIFOM is now taken into consideration for reports. I didn't randomly shoot, and it shouldn't be GT'ing, especially for a new setup to me and when someone already claimed his role and he didn't CC. I shouldn't be banned for this considering the setup and the play of the game. It was CLEARLY not done with the intention of game throwing. I shot him because he was legit scummy. If I can't play that way, you can say so without suspending me over such b.s.

You can't suspend someone based on a poor strategic move when it wasn't committed with the intention of game throwing, especially when the basis of the supposed game throw is derived from a strat. That's not fair. And you're right, the guy never talked. That was scummy, and we already had a PR claim. Not "getting" the setup is not grounds for suspension.

It wasn't for the sake of game throwing, which this report is supposed to be for. It's not game throwing because I didn't know that it's game-throw worthy in this set up. You can't shoot me for not following a proposed strategy for the game! Sure, I won't do it again now that I know better, but it's not worth a suspension when HE LITERALLY CLAIMED THE ROLE. That's not fair to me.

You shot extremely early on into day 2 when day 1 is just a fast NL day. There were no 'real' claims since it was just wifom to throw off the illusionist. You shot someone that hadn't even talked yet, that's gamethrowing via hipfiring in competitive.

Yes, this is an appeal. This is ludicrous, I was NOT game throwing. I was gunned PR and the other PR had supposedly claimed. I will not accept this suspension.
