I tried it out of curiosity in an unranked game. I was able to join a game with both my main account (Tsunn) and my alt (Kayy). I simply switched from Tsunn to Kayy on mobile while I hosted a game with my main from pc. I was able to join the game with Kayy and played it.
This can be really dangerous for rankeds and comp.
