Why?

All you have to do is...

1. Verify that I did indeed give you the real private key before you even think about sending ETH there
2. Get verified with an exchange and link your banking information. You'll probably need to upload ID and documents to the exchange as proof of identity.
3. Purchase a small quantity of Ether
4. Withdraw that Ether to the address with the SANDCOIN
5. Spin up a fresh Ethereum address under your control
6. Transfer the SANDCOIN out to it using the Ether you deposited.
7. Be sure to do 4 and 6 within a very short time of each other or someone else could just use the Ether you sent there to take the SANDCOIN.
8. Find an exchange that deals in the elusive SANDCOIN and figure out how it works.
9. Sell the SANDCOIN back to Ether or Bitcoin
10. Send and sell that Ether or Bitcoin back to fiat for a free 40 dollars or so.

I contacted them. In order to reinstate my acount I need to have 0.12 or whatever it is transferred in from an outside wallet to reinstate my ability to trade with them. So basically I need to transfer $2108 to cover the $48 I went over my limit back in 2014
