you can work your way towards a plant-based diet by substituting ingredients and foods on a weekly or everycoupleofdays basis. plan your meals for the day, so that if you're going out and can't find any stores that sell vegan foods you've at least packed a snack or ate beforehand.

tofu is actually pretty good when cooked right. i was shocked
I tried several time; omnivore, vegetarian or vegan. And honestly, if theres an actual reason why veganism exists is that they make the juiciest best tasting vagos ever, taste like sweet water
Not a vegan myself, but these days it's a lot easier to be vegan than it was in the past. There are a lot of options and supplements that can lead people to a balanced diet. Just be careful what you eat though, because if you're not, vegan diets can be packed with calories just like non vegetarian diets.
Many places are more likely to offer vegan options since becoming vegan has become more commonplace. So don't let that part of it scare you.
Just do your research, consult with a doctor, and try to include legumes in your diet because they're a very good source of protein.
P.S. What you vegans do to plants is monstrous. I cannot support that treatment of plants and am protesting by not being vegan.
not that difficult if you care about what you put in your body .. it's more surprising to me that people don't know what's in their food. It is pretty difficult to eat out as vegan and have a 'conventional meal' at any restaurant that's not just salads and side dishes but you can cook better stuff at home for cheaper too.
I'll post every now and then on this thread to update you guys on my journey

I dont really know what being a vegan entails aside from not eating animal products but it kinda seems like it would be difficult to skirt around that??? I eat a lot of like chickpeas tofu nuts and stuff so I'm good w the no meat stuff but isn't it hard to like always be careful about what youre eating and making SURE it wasn't made using animal products
idk I havent looked too much into it but if I go out to eat right now its easy, I just stick to whatever vegetarian options there are or just order something and sub out the meat, but it seems like adding that extra layer to it is difficult
