[9:02:59 PM] TheStyleAisle: Each machine, having randomly been matched to a number before the game started, will vary in difficulty and have different games testing your skills, logic, and various fields of knowledge on them. They have been designed to be short, and including instructions, each game should last no longer than fifteen minutes. Please do not agree to a match if you do not have the time to spare!

The winner of a matchup will advance to Level Two, while the loser will be eliminated. Once you have advanced to Level Two, you can only challenge another Level Two to a new game.

Sixteen will become eight, which will become four, then two; those two will then face off on the one remaining machine where the victor will win the coveted title of Head of Household! This is the beginning of the game, so throughout the course of the challenge, we encourage you to continue to interact and get to know your fellow housemates! Have fun, guys!

[9:02:23 PM] TheStyleAisle: To win the first HOH, you will competing head to head on a series of arcade machines. There are fifteen machines to choose from in the arcade. To play, you and another houseguest must publicly state in the house chat that you have chosen to have a face off against each other. Except for the last match up in a round when there are only two left, both players must publically agree to the match.

The players will then be brought into a separate chat by the hosts. At this time, neither player is allowed to message in the house chat, any alliance chat, be in a call, or message any other players privately. There, both players will agree to play one of the machines. Both players must agree on a machine, numbered 1 - 15. After a machine has been played, it will become Out Of Order, and no other players can use that particular machine for the duration of the Head of Household competition.
