foxbox appreciation thread

you may or might not have noticed setups being rotated automagically every 12 hours. you very likely haven't heard of a mod tool i wrote a while back called library (/ foxiebox). if you're really old, you might even remember back when I made a thread anyone can edit using link exploits. also jink

but i bet you never stopped to think about what kept all of this afloat; the server working tirelessly behind the scenes. i think it's time foxbox got the recognition it deserves

please take a moment to thank foxbox for all it's done for us over the years

I love foxie's server and all it does for the community. I know it's just a machine, but you hug teddy bears, right? Why not servers? What, are you a bigot? Prove me wrong.

I made so it doesn't automatically downvote anymore a while ago, it was just for the memes while I had it on. Now it hides only.

I simply did not say that. Cub provided great examples of other people who have done great scripts for this site too. Instead of trying to build conspiracy, understand that getting banned for harmless scripts is a myth.

lucid really didn't like me for a long time and i think he still doesn't trust me

i don't even know nathan and i only talked to lailai a few times. i was only really entwined with the admin and mod team when i wrote library/"foxiebox" and i wasn't the first person to write mod tools

currently the only mod i can say I've really talked to more than a few times is bebop

however all of that is irrelevant: anyone can use emjack, which i made; custem, which floor made; autorefresh or em suite, which croned made; autohider, which nearbeer made (although I don't support auto-downvoting); oracle, which lailai made; or any other script made by any other user that isn't, through function, in violation of site guidelines

if you've been waiting all this time to use scripts because you were deathly afraid you'd be banned, worry no more it's totally fine

this thread is for praising the server that does all the hard work behind the scenes

foxbox is an innocent and humble worker, like a teddy bear working tirelessly to make us happy without ever actually exercising free will
