So I was wondering why arent masked games the norm for competitive play here? That would solve the whole meta clearing bs that goes on as well as people staring at one's stats just to see if they agree with their decision or not. It is quite annoying being in a middle of a game, im mafia, almost got the win then suddenly somebody starts getting meta cleared and town wins. Or one person that's obviously mafia will still win just simply because their stats are good and people sheep them. Logic says they're obvious mafia but their stats says win. And they gonna keep their stats good because of how a lot of people stare at them too much. I myself dont base judgement off stats but it seems it's different for a lot others.

you're all morons if you're saying cheaters and meta abusers don't want it because it makes it harder. you're all sitting here thinking "wow look at cheaters not wanting anon hahaha must be because they want to cheat ahahahaha omfg so obvious hahaha". People are adamantly against it because they meta abuse and cheat. If a deck doesn't really change things, then why does it matter if we have one round that's fully anonymous? The same people who are strongly against it are the ones who have a history of meta abuse and cheating.

If you want to hold 'fun events', they should be kept separate. Neither changing gold hearts for the sake of changing them nor any of the nonsense xxerox spews is good reason to actually commit to anon games.

I would've preferred doing this as a fun event, for one meaningless round to test it out despite assumptions and to spice things up a bit, and I have no idea why people are so adamantly against this if it's again just one round.
But with that being said though, it's just masked games, it isn't that serious enough for me to be going all out fighting for it. Yes this poll is flawed both ways (likely more so toward the no side looking at the surge of votes in small amounts of times), but we all knew it was gonna be like that going into it.
I think it's time to accept that epicmafia will just stay as it is, you wont be getting any type of change or anything that will differ from the norm. Enjoy!
