If you want evidence that these sort of scripts aren't reportable outside of ranked games I found a few relevant reports.

fake quotting - no vio https://epicmafia.com/report/183254

autokicking - no vio (admin)

fake quotting - "not vio'able in unranked games" (doesn't say who moderated but IIRC it was also Ethreal when they were admin)

All of these things are on the same level if not above using scripts to vote. Voting dead usually does nothing except in this corner case so I'd say it's safe to call this a bug that lucid should fix.

Admins have directly stated in the past that it isn't moderated in unranked games.

Exploit abuse is a community vio meaning it is enforced anywhere in the community if reported. (Including sandbox --- where this is enforced)

Report the person doing it if it's a problem

You are missing the point of this post. The script is irrelevant. This bug is the fact that voting the guiser switches the vote to who they are guised as
