You are responsible for what happens on your own account. Your password was far too weak if it got compromised or you went on a suspicious site and entered your password there. Very pathetic.

2. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your screen name. 3. You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
This obviously means beware of account sharing, not "it's your fault if a malicious user procures your password/access to your account through illicit means."
