When I try to search for a player, the list doesn't show such as no player had this prefix. I tried clearing caches but it didn't work.

These are results of searching in Player and Round tab. This makes me unable to find some players and I need to find friends of friends in posted forum threads or find their ID to look for their profiles. I find it impossible to search comp statistics of players outside the leaderboard.

I'd like to have the problem fixed.
