Nah Sincerely even 1 reasonably intelligent person who's DEDICATED to killing an individual is extremely dangerous even if that person has a lot of security, especially if they have a long time frame to do it in.

It's just that it doesn't happen very often that people dedicate their lives and all their resources to killing 1 other person.

I'd say the users ability to purchase a live weapon before getting to you factors in.

For example Connor lives in the UK where firearms are illegal and say you live in Spain for example, he has to illegally get a fire arm and illegally smuggle it past borders.

Also taking into account do you think he would be able to arrange the purchase in the first place? lol

There's 10 people on the list and if your life depends on it it's not that hard to get illegal weapons. Though I agree Connor probably wouldn't be able to.

I can never kill someone or even break a bone. The best I can do in a one on one fight is hit you in a way that doesn't do any permanent damage. Because I just can't live with it. I can disarm people, scare them away, save myself, or run away. If I have to protect one guy from 8 people then I can use a narrow passway to keep people from reaching my partner. I'd have to take a lot of beating. If 8 people are trying to kill me them I won't be able to fight. Can't run away if I have to protect someone. But I can use my connections to keep them safe. But if I have to pick a protector I'd never pick one. Can't risk someone's life when I can run away. If it is a fist fight with more than 2 people then I'm less than useless.

I feel that there is a nice amount of people on the list. I choose a handful of deadly EM players. I wanted variety but I didn't want to flood it so we could get some real discussion going. lol
