well i was thinking more "hide in a way that goes under the radar and use your protector for the offense/resources" but this is one way to use their numbers against them. The more people are there, the more evidence they'd leave hypothetically lol

if each person on the list was hellbent on killing you it seems clear that the only way to be safe forever would be for each member to die themselves, leaving no other pursuers. so you get eris to dox each and every person and order a hitman on each one, picking them all off individually. idk if arcbell or lucid have access to ASSASSINS but i feel eris might...
i mean, u'd think the people whose goal is to kill would not get law enforcement on their side so easily, and in the meantime your only malicious intent is out of self-defense
so having someone who knows what to do immediately would help, but really, it'd be a matter of waiting and making sure you have the advantage if they find you. Would that mean making sacrifices? Yes, but so would the tracking on their part.
It's assumed they're just as eager as your defender is to defend you: fully motivated.
Really we need to know how you know you're being attacked by these 9 and defended by the 1. If you don't know, you're dead. If you know in such a way that gives you enough information / motivation for some resourceful law enforcement agencies to get involved, you're in a much better position.
If you can't get law enforcement to act based on how you know they're after you, you're pretty screwed.
though that would turn it into a 2v9 again but i mean depending on how eager they are? idk
edit: numbers don't always = better brainpower-wise but they could think of all the things i could think of/would have better access to them, most likely, so it depends more on how offensive. At some point, someone has to make a move. Ideally it would be the people trying to attack you, then you have that to make up for the disadvantage.
Yes there is, it's impractical to go on the offensive here. They outnumber you and no matter who you pick there will always be more brainpower on the attacking side.

I mean, it's possible to hide yourself. Think witness protection. But it's not trivial and it comes at a great price if you want to be safe against sustained efforts to locate you.
maybe not. I would guess you can falsify records and/or find a way to travel that does not include them such that it would be implausible but i mean i haven't RESEARCHED it or anything
the implication is it's easy to CHANGE location and withdraw from society in such a way that you would need more resources to find ur target than they would need to hide
like if you already have a huge presence in society then that's possibly a different story but if ur just some nobody and ur not poor/u are old enough or know people who are old enough to help you wiht the whole travel thing...
