They get to decide whether they want to be given the free win and be ridiculed later by taunts such as "you won because we let you", or fight for the trophy and show us if they actually deserve it.
Er, false. Don't get too cocky. harodihg asked for the rule to be changed just a few rounds ago and it was denied. He even offered to give up his right to choose his set-ups if that was the issue. I think that's the last time this rule was brought up on the forums.
I never forgot genius. I knew. You know why? Cuz I'm one of the only people this has affected in the past. The reason it's being brought up now is because none of y'all could win a trophy back to back until I came out of retirement to do it again. Why would this rule ever have been brought up. It didn't need to be discussed until I did it and now we are discussing it.

Nobody has been b1tching about this rule until brown forgot he couldn't trophy twice in a row, now all of a sudden that brown is number one in a back to back round, people are demanding it gets removed. No thanks, the rule can stay. This falls into the stupid category along with edating and unbanning people before their time is up.
The rule shouldn't be there in the first place. I've also fallen victim to this rule previously. And none of these mods actually have a legit reason as to why it should be a rule other than "well it's always been a rule."

The rule should be changed i agree but as hades said just because brown did well this round doesnt mean he should get his trophy by breaking that stupid rule. And its obviously up to 3 ppl wholl position 2nd,3rd and 4th(assuming brown is first) to decide whether brown gets his trophy, not to the .whole community
We are talking about scrapping the rule. You said it shouldn't be scrapped because he doesn't deserve it. Your logic circles back dude. Good thing I checked "no post deletion" so I can use your comments in future to show how stupid you are.
I believe we need to address the issue of whether or not we can win trophies across two rounds. It's definitely something we need to look at.

pranay you are about as smart as my left nut. just because somebody plays a bunch of hearts and makes it first when the rule states they cannot trophy, doesn't mean they deserve the trophy. the RUUULE states otherwise. the people that deserve the trophy will be the ones that get the trophy, aka the ones that haven't trophied last round
