so this is a thing i've kinda wanted to do for awhile and now im doing it and u gotta deal with it.
my gender identity is non-binary. you know, that thing you once saw on that one person's tumblr? that's also a thing i am. woo.
they/them pronouns would be rad, for those of u who like to ensure you're using what's preferred. for those of you who can't be bothered to switch pronouns, i won't mind if i see you still using she/her for me. promise.
if u want to ask for clarification on what this means/discuss with me my process of coming to this conclusion about myself/talk about non-binary & trans stuff in general you're more than welcome to PM/Skype/Discord me. i'd rather not discuss any of this at length in thread for reasons.
i don't want this to become another of epicmafia's famous transgender debate threads so instead i'm gonna use this thread to post gifs from /r/rarepuppers. pls enjoy.
FAQ
I have a hardon for proper grammar and don't like singular they. Can I still call you she/her? Sure knock yourself out.
SO WHAT'S YOUR TUMBLR? i've never had an active tumblr.
lots of people do use "invented" pronouns or w/e u wanna call it, and sometimes others make fun of them for making up words. you can't really win. i find singular they is a bit easier for people to get the hang of versus a whole new list of words to learn so i go with that.
This is a serious question. They/them are words that have a specific definition. If you're going to not identify with a male or female and kinda make something up to call yourself, why can't you guys just make up new pronouns as well? Nothing against trans or no gender people, this part just doesnt make sense to me
huskies are a good choice. when i was a kid i was sure i wanted a siberian husky. when nintendogs came out i got the siberian husky version the day it came out.

There's no part of you that thinks adding all of these new things to the gender spectrum is hindering the trans movement to be taken seriously?
society is cruel and i like to try to ignore things and hope they go away.
it never works. i love all dogs but my favorite would have to be the bernese mountain dog, which was the breed of my first dog that i remember (my family had a dog before that but he died when i was v young) like explaining color to a blind person, dude. i can't speak for people who feel they're not on a "spectrum" of gender between male and female but for me it's a matter of not feeling fully comfortable with either binary gender but also understanding i don't feel entirely separate from them either.
blah this is exactly the sort of thing i didn't wanna go into publicly srs from now im gonna ask people to please message me if they have questions about this stuff. yes. post pugs.
