Mechanical Keyboards

over 8 years

I'm looking to buy one.

I know nothing about keyboards.

Educate me.

My wpm on a crappy keyboard is between 140-165, so I'm looking for something which will allow me to be a bit more nimble, and won't clog underneath my fingers.

Also, I want a numpad. Numpads are important.

Normally you dont profit in trades and if you do its not much. Its just trading at almost equal money

just interested what goes on in that world, i havent delved into the reddit life. sounded like that other guy that was impersonating you was selling through reddit, so i thought thats what the 'trades' on your account may have meant (thought they were listed as 'trades' there rather than sells or something)

I'm waiting for a group buy to start for this 60% style keyboard to drop, its a korean custom from Elton. It should cost around 300-500 dollars. Are you mad lol?

Only buy used keyboards. Brand new is kinda stupid

which are u talking about? the ones i got banned for? profit wise.... 600-800 dollars?

hard to explain the crazy percentage of markup but its not unusual for people to buy n sell things at the price i was asking

oh, you sold all those through reddit? i meant more i was looking at the thread you linked and saw it said you had '8 trades', so i was wondering what you've made from that

Well you learn something new everyday boys.

the keycaps on my keyboards are worth more than the keyboard ur about to purchase

I forget the specifics, but basically he sold some Bro caps for a considerable markup shortly after acquiring them. According to Bro, it wasn't the first time he had done so.
Some artisan makers have taken a hard stance on this, and so he was banned from any future sales/raffles by Bro.
The more dramatic part of the story is that he sold them under an alt account to try and hide what he was doing. Some people allegedly got together to figure out his main account and report it to Bro. Whether or not that's true, I'm not sure. But there was a thread on GH where he made a big stink over the whole thing.
I'm sure there's a link to it on r/mk too but I'm too lazy to dig them up =p
