dzanek admitted to shooting by process of elimination, and revealed to us his thought process before he made the shot. There was enough in-game context to support this claim, as expressed by several moderators.
I'm sorry that you disagree with what is considered "valid content". The content present in the first 30 seconds of that game is deemed sufficient enough to validate a substantial read on the players that had spoken.
I really can't see how you thought his "shot was based on PoE" when he said he was going to hipfire and in the original report filed on him he doesn't deny the hipfire but rather argues that he was playing to win. If his shot was actually via PoE he'd have used that defence himself in the original report.
1) Many things were left unaswered. Like for starters the fact that dzanek admitted the shot was random in https://epicmafia.com/topic/78528
2) Yeah hipfire doesn't necessarily mean shooting without PR claims, but when only 2 players had said enough valid content to be read then shooting randomly in a pool of 6 players is still hipfire
3) The only thing that was thoroughly explained was by me that there wasn't enough content (in the long post at the top of page 3 here) https://epicmafia.com/topic/78527?page=3
You literally ignored the fact that dzanek admitted he shot by luck and other points that I made such as "The gun shot being ~15 seconds into the game. This is far too early for it to not be a hipfire. There can't be any genuine thought process as he wouldn't be able to analyze content and gather reads that quickly."
