given that it seems like you read the pastebin and agreed with what their findings came up with, should he have been given a 24 response time to respond to those allegations?
also keep in mind that just because we don't see it, mods may have spoken to him and he admitted to using it and was therefore suspended
anyways im assuming and it seems to be the case that these last second suspensions aren't actually out of nowhere and it's just not publicly known if somebody is being investigated (haiup last round, although im not sure if he actually was given 24 hours to defend himself or not)
I next looked at their mutual wins. They have 14 mutual wins and 1 mutual loss. In all of Beautiful's games with Jeff's accounts and Maldito's games with Dylan's accounts, there is no substantial evidence of foul play. Neither player ever automatically assumed that the other person was aligned with him, nor was there evidence of outside-game communication. They frequently genuinely appealed to each other in a way that suggests ignorance of each others' roles.
I am aware of the fact that Dylan has 4 accounts on the leaderboard this round, and that Pinche (Jeff) was also in the top 5. They played many games with each other this round and gathered a lot of meta-data on each others' play. With this in mind, I re-read the games that they played on their main running accounts to see if there was any sort of meta-abuse/OGI/honest meta occurring and found none.
I believe that rumors and speculation over statistics are the basis of the cheating allegations that have been leveled. I was and am amenable to reading any real, evidence-backed cases of cheating/meta-abuse between the two players, and would have re-reviewed the games that I read to confirm the evidence/accusations, but no one presented me with evidence. I cannot act upon hearsay and rumors without proof.

Maldito: - 8 games with Dyl, 5-1-1-1. - 5 games with ThirdAug, 4-0-0-0 with 1 veg. - 3 games with Beautiful, 1-0-1-0 with 1 veg. - 2 games with Ideal, 0-0-0-2. - 1 game with GerrysGoat. 0-0-1-0. - Overall: 17 completed games. 10-1-3-3 record.
I considered these statistics when I investigated the games that Jeff and Dylan played together in the round.
The way I went about it was thus: I read the games that they won over each other for evidence of playing towards the other player's win condition when they knew that the other player was on the opposite team. I found no evidence of this. They both played to their own win conditions independently of what the other's role was in all of the games that they were on opposite alignments.
Poeple shouldn't bother if they lose trophies like this. There is no legitimacy to epicmafia trophies anymore. The mods decide who win the trophy. If they don't like someone, they will find a way to strip them off it. They didn't even give this guy time to respond. The rule is 24 hours to respond. They disqualified him and closed the round. And if these mods want someone to win, they will create new rules to let them go. They said it was allowed to meta abuse with friends when they wanted gerry to win. These guys are from the same circle jerk. Gerry even defended poser blatantly and blatantly helped her with his mod powers to win the trophies and suspended me when I accused her. We cant expect any better from the current mod team when 90% of them are big time cheaters hackers previous banned users. Only one or 2 legit mods who actually do the right thing.

Yo Harry I got back from Jamaica a few days ago, and I remember we had the red strip conversation & u dislike it but if you ever see a "red stripe lemon" in any liquor store or anywhere try it

Jeff was modded along with others because they are close friends with cody, and jeff specifically would freak out if he was demodded, causing cody to freak out cause hes been around jeff for too long. Cant predict what happens after that, but I'm sure it'll be good
If Jeff really did cheat(I don't see the pastebin in this thread) and u guys aren't gonna ban him maybe u should at least remove him as a mod lol we won't think you're homophobic
