No Moderator talked to me or asked me anything, I was suspended 3 minutes before round ended. I shot a pm to moderator, to get a reply nothing can be done now, so I didnt bother.

I next looked at their mutual wins. They have 14 mutual wins and 1 mutual loss. In all of Beautiful's games with Jeff's accounts and Maldito's games with Dylan's accounts, there is no substantial evidence of foul play. Neither player ever automatically assumed that the other person was aligned with him, nor was there evidence of outside-game communication. They frequently genuinely appealed to each other in a way that suggests ignorance of each others' roles.

I am aware of the fact that Dylan has 4 accounts on the leaderboard this round, and that Pinche (Jeff) was also in the top 5. They played many games with each other this round and gathered a lot of meta-data on each others' play. With this in mind, I re-read the games that they played on their main running accounts to see if there was any sort of meta-abuse/OGI/honest meta occurring and found none.

I believe that rumors and speculation over statistics are the basis of the cheating allegations that have been leveled. I was and am amenable to reading any real, evidence-backed cases of cheating/meta-abuse between the two players, and would have re-reviewed the games that I read to confirm the evidence/accusations, but no one presented me with evidence. I cannot act upon hearsay and rumors without proof.

Poeple shouldn't bother if they lose trophies like this. There is no legitimacy to epicmafia trophies anymore. The mods decide who win the trophy. If they don't like someone, they will find a way to strip them off it. They didn't even give this guy time to respond. The rule is 24 hours to respond. They disqualified him and closed the round. And if these mods want someone to win, they will create new rules to let them go. They said it was allowed to meta abuse with friends when they wanted gerry to win. These guys are from the same circle jerk. Gerry even defended poser blatantly and blatantly helped her with his mod powers to win the trophies and suspended me when I accused her. We cant expect any better from the current mod team when 90% of them are big time cheaters hackers previous banned users. Only one or 2 legit mods who actually do the right thing.
