Background unable to be changed

I keep trying to change the background to the Sandbox lobby. First I delete the current background and then upload a new one, but upon refreshing the old background just reloads.

This also happens to me when I try to upload a family avatar.

Pretty sure it's sized right, the limit is 400x400 pixels and the wallpaper is exactly that. The file name is pug.png

Yeh no weird characters in the name either. If you need to shrink it down try: https://imageoptim.com/mozjpeg

It should compress it a lot with only minimal loss in quality at the default medium setting

It worked fine in my lobby. Make sure the background dimensions & file size aren't too big, and that the file name is short and unique from anything uploaded in the past. You might also want to try clearing your cache or right click > view background image > refresh.
