Season 5 was an awesome season with our winner Reamix! We had some sad departures leaving the EMI Judges table, shout out to Kam and Luis4rod for their hard work and service. Thank you for all of those who participated, you are all so talented and we would not be able to have this without your amazing voices. No amount of thank you can be said to our judges who worked very hard and were so dedicated to helping and giving their all to our singers to improve each week.

oh yeah i looked at it !! .i know almost none of the songs' tunes though since i dont really listen to much music... im gonna start learning a song on the list though if i cant recall anything...

every week i create a playlist for all of you to listen to get an idea of a song to do.

This is a great question. The intent and idea is that a color has to be stated in the title. Raven is going to work on editing the info in the first post to reflect this so there is no confusion.

The examples correspond to this intent as Purple Rain and Paint it Black both have a color explicitly stated in the title.

Hope that clears it up. Please ask questions if you have them :)

As sad as it sounds, I don't believe that song would qualify since it doesn't features a color in the song title...like we are actually going for like blue, black, red, yellow, etc.

Well, I'm out. 8th place. I made single digits. I never guessed I was gonna do this well. Thanks to the judges for allowing me to proceed so deep into the competition. Here's hoping that someone else makes another season so I can come back from the dead! :)
