We basically disagree then. I know a few mods whom might feel the same way as you but I personally dont and will rule it the way I interpret the rules(but I did get a second opinion just in case tho).

May be you dont see it as personal. But if my name is there, and i ask him to remove, and he doesnt remove, then it is personal for me
