hi. this is a thread. it's hard to keep up with who's cheated so i'm making a list. i'll add a few names that come to mind but if you've cheated please post in this thread and i'll add you. you can also post the name of someone else who has cheated. i want to make this comprehensive so please don't hold anything back

Unbiased - groundhogday has allowed all of the inclusions to be submitted through a voting system.

Instinctive - He took it upon himself to bring about awareness of foul play in the community in hope of increasing website satisfaction.

Maturity - groundhogday has not risen to any volatile behaviour exhibited in this thread, and has remained calm throughout.

I see this thread as a competent replacement for a moderator application. The OP deserves to be on the mod team for the desire and commitment displayed in rehabilitating this community.

So edark and cody say that their opinion means a lot. In your opinion accusing someone of cheating or stating their opinion is ok, but if I have a different opinion, then they disagree.

@ cody- what groundhog did was severe, excessive, personal and slanderous. And just because he stated it as opinion, you let him get away.

You bend the rules to make it work for you.

May be you dont see it as personal. But if my name is there, and i ask him to remove, and he doesnt remove, then it is personal for me

1. Severe/excessive personal attack.
2. Slander

(after you have expressed that you are offended).

The first does not apply here. This is not a personal attack, this is a statement of one user's opinion.

Let's look closely into the second.

slander
n. oral defamation, in which someone tells one or more persons an untruth about another, which untruth will harm the reputation of the person defamed.

The statement of opinion CAN fall into slander, if you can demonstrate that what was said has harmed your reputation. As the OP has stated that what is stated in the thread, when it comes to you, is an opinion rather than an accusation, the extent of the damage posed to your reputation is limited by the credibility that readers believe that the OP has. You stated here that you believe that the OP is incredibly stupid:
