IT should be clarified for what reason Walrus and co are banned. We are receiving a conflicted message. Roadman says its because they are possibly banned users. Whereas mods have just posted reasoning that his content threatens prosperity of the site.
If the real reason is in fact the possibility of being a banned user, the latter argument should bear no significance to that point. Which is it?
It is my opinion that mods have the best interest of the community in mind. That being said, I actually tend to agree with the user base here, walrus, whale and narwhal have done nothing wrong.
I think Roadman will act without bias or pride and overturn this decision.
Alternatively, people could have just been more cooperative in informing the administrator who they were, rather than making a thread saying I was making threats, simply because I was asking for the main account.

This means that if you are a new user who has created their account in the last few months, you are automatically suspicious. If an admin requests to know your "main" - even if this account is your main - and you fail to provide it - or even if you do, in my case - then they reserve the full right to permanently ban you from the site.
This is a faulty generalization. The *vast* majority of new users do not go around imitating bad gimmicks on the forums with the express intent of further dividing moderators and non-moderators.
That's not his intent though.. his intent is to get serious issues actually addressed and corrected...
I don't think Walrus has good intentions behind what he's posted, regardless, it's not up to us to decide what his intentions are.
Don't delude yourself into believing that you're working for some great social justice by defending the right to "free speech" on an internet forum. This article (http://www.stevepavlina.com/blog/2009/09/free-speech-in-online-communities-the-delusion-of-entitlement/) provides a good explanation for why the administration can do whatever they want as far as censoring content and restricting users goes.
When users such as Walrus and co. attack the moderators and attempt to make martyrs of themselves to create anti-administration sentiment on the website, they pose a legitimate threat to the prosperity of the site as a whole and as a result subject themselves to clause 4 under General Conditions of EM's terms of service - that is, removal of content that is threatening / objectionable.
You know what threatens the prosperity of the site? A community where everyone has to live in fear of annoying the admin because he'll ban you for being a "banned user".

I don't remember radiostarz. Sounds banned to me.
Want to experience what I'm feeling? I'll mimic Roadman for you.
Saiyan is not your main account, since your user id starts with a 5 and you only have 3 friends. It's an account you have recently made to annoy me on. I'm going to use my admin powers to ban you and claim that I was doing to because you might be a banned user, godforbid.
I'd solve the problem by telling him who I am.

That's not true, you were using the fact that you have 600 friends and 140,000 profile views as the only reason why it couldn't be anything other than a main account, even though the account is very new and has been using scripts. You don't just come onto a website as a new user, use scripts and provoke mods in threads to try and be volatile.
I told you the exact story of me deleting my account and making BEET. Don't try to deny it.

Another thing to clear up:
I am not NEET, and I am not WildWalrus. I am only radiostarz, BEET, and WildNarwhal.
I don't know why you couldn't have been more genuine and co-operative when I first asked you for your main. I will unban WildNarwhal, but you never needed to disclose this publicly.
LOL YOU F*CKING LIAR
I told you this exact story BEFORE you banned me, excluding the name radiostarz which is irrelevant since it's banned now.

I can almost guarantee NEET isn't BEET,,, they have completely different personalities

To clear some things up:
Firstly, I did delete my old account by the name of radiostarz. Some of you may remember it. When I came back I decided to use the same username, which I realized quickly was a bad decision, as I wanted to start fresh. Since I couldn't delete it yet I created a linked alt by the name of BEET, and then once radiostarz was old enough I switched mains and deleted it.

A lying gimmick account with a 4 letter name? Only a fool would trust anything he has to say.
