...Which part? Oh well. Yes, it's iffy, but I still think you shouldn't repeatedly n1 the same person over a grudge after they state that they're sick of it and want to play.
Edit: I know what the game is about. I was saying it's as close to throwing as not wanting to fearkill, in response to a comment natalie made earlier. I don't think N1 wifom is or should be an essential aspect of the game, for the most part.
It's actually obnoxious how on any issue there are people saying "well it's technically against/not against the rules" and act like that's a trump card to throw out any sort of reasoning or argument on an issue. This isn't the constitution it's a game website, sometimes things should be handled subjectively in the best interest of the site and it's users.
sure, you're right, but grudge killing n1 doesn't require subjectivity, it's objectively not against and also shouldn't be against any rules.
But if you're purposefully n1ing the same person over and over to grief them then certainly that person should be allowed to say "hey, can you stop joining games with me in them since I actually want to play."
The catch in this is that the person has to roll mafia every time or have something to shoot them with, which I only see as plausible with the help of friends
but when they don't roll mafia, it'll also tempt others in-game to frame them by n1ing their target. And if no one else does that then, again, the person grudgekilling is casting suspicion onto themselves.
good thing this game heavily relies on wifoming, so framing someone based on a pre game argument or any known grudges isn't detrimental to game play

Let's not forget here people... this is a mind game and people often cast suspicions on themselves by meta or other things

Um meta killing/meta reads is already a thing lol and what you described is against the rules

I also would find it bad if a user got a violation for a correctly using a game mechanic lol
I know people who grudge shoot can use the same argument, but at least then there's a chance for evidence against grudge killing and it is against the rules because they're playing against their win condition
Unless you see "Hey dude I hate this guy let's kill him", then everyone is going to be mindless accusing everyone of grudge n1 and that's not a road I think we want to take

Grudge n1'ing someone doesn't break any rules, whereas grudge-anything else in the game does.
The grudge N1 affects the game as it would normally if someone else were to die.

all fox has to do is start saying "i hate you, stop playing with me," and then he has to stop playing with her
If you're disputing your team's wincon for the sake of a grudge than it can fall under throwing but generally n1 actions are allowed to be arbitrary.
it's impossible to disrupt your teams win con on n1 if you try to kill someone.
that's kinda the point.
i mean, you could end up forcing NL, but that's a whole different issue.
this is what i used to do but then I realized I was being a moron. I mean the forcing nl thing. Honestly though, insisting on killing a certain person n1 is lame and at LEAST as close to "throwing" (lol) as not wanting to fearkill. Killing 1 person n1 after expressing vitriol towards them immediately puts suspicion on you unnecessarily -- and it just feels petty fmpov, but each to his own.
FWIW I'm with haro on the rule issue. If it's done repeatedly, especially in comp, and the person grudgekilling refuses to just not join games with the other person, that should definitely qualify as lobby camping.

who you want to kill n1 is your prerogative but i don't think we should let people just kill someone simply because they don't like them, and if they state their reasoning for such then they should either get a note for first offense and trolling/harassment for continuous
That should be no vio'd but since it's obvious Fox is being targeted she should be allowed to ask NumLocke to leave a game if she's already in it and doesn't want to get n1'd
