On her first reign as HoH she opened pandora's box that made the week a double eviction. She had to nominate three people. Then one of her initial nominees, Voice, won the PoV, so he took himself off the block and she renominated Sonia. Sonia was holding the Hidden Veto that was a twist since week one that they were all trying to find, similar to a Hidden Idol, but with regular Veto rules. The only difference was she was allowed to play it after the initial Veto ceremony. So after she was put on the block as the replacement nominee (Making the total of people Cammy nominated to be four) she played her Hidden Veto, which took herself off the block, forcing Cammy to renominate a fifth houseguest. Thus, Cammy was known as 5NomsCammy having to nominate 5 people in one HoH reign.

The "twist" this week was Sonia returning to the house for 48 hours to torment the houseguests. Her final blow before she left was becoming "SoniaBurger" (Zingbot) and zinging all of the HGs!
