This is kind of a dead thread atm but I'm gonna suggest Route 1 from Pokemon X&Y. It only gets played in that area, easily the smallest in the game, and is often completely overlooked in the five seconds you actually hear. It's an upbeat track, and one of the most underrated songs in the whole game.
