a pitfall that people new to fitness often fall into is that they get themselves into some really gimicky or overcomplicated routines or diet plans and after a few weeks of the sort, get burned out and revert to their old selfs. that's why doing needlessly complex plans like that site prescribes is ultimately a bad idea for most people.
as long as you follow the general guidelines prescribed by everyone here, you should be losing weight at the least. doing his plan is just adding unnecessary effort in that regards.
I was fit(I think I was before I did circumcision) like my overall weight increase drastically (could be from puberty) but I just want to wear school uniform neatly and be proud of myself! because damn my nipples made it look weird and making my self esteem low and I can't talk to her maybe I'm shy okay I'm shy but I want to! and no I won't cut my leg sorry and should I do this instead? I found a website :O http://scoobysworkshop.com/zero-to-100-pushups-for-complete-beginners/ currently phase 1 :3
as usual peach is the smartes person in the room. lemme explain her advice to you-if you cut off a leg, you'll decrease your BMI dramatically, but if you cut off both legs, you'll increase your BMI dramatically, so the healthiest solution is the one she gave you, to lose a a single leg.
eat healthy and switch up cardio with weights so while you're losing fat you're also building muscle

eat >1.5k calories worth of food. (completely eliminate soda/chips from your diet)
start with 20-40 pushups a day (wide ranged like anthony said)
run a mile a day or at least engage in a cardiovascular activity that lasts anywhere in between 10-30 minutes and you'll start seeing changes within a month.
get one of your legs amputated , u don't need both

181/81 isn't 'heavy', it's actually in the ideal parameter. You don't need to go on a diet as long as you're staying physically active. Swimming would be the best option for gaining a little 'shape', along with chest workouts.
this is true but a lot of people conflate "eating healthy" with "losing weight" which isn't true. fruits and vegetables have calories too (less so than more fatty or sugary foods, granted) so if you stuff your face with nuts and berries you'll still probably not lose weight because your caloric intake is still too high for weight loss.
drinking water over other liquids is good advice in general but cutting out junk food is a half measure if you're looking for weight loss. counting calories is the best method (though it's more effort). like I said above, the easiest way to lose weight in a healthy manner is just cutting 500 calories from your daily intake. to do that, find out how much calories you're eating everyday and then well, don't eat 500 calories. there are a lot of online resources and apps that tell you estimates of the calories in whatever you're eating which is handy for this.
no stop it i already explained to u gdi if u wanna look slimmer and lose the fat u must do cardio cardio burns fat, weight traning gains muscles and if u do weights u will sweat which is fat burning but u will also have ur muscle grow making u look bigger if ur fat isnt fully gone by the time u gain the muscle u have the fat u had and the new muscle so u look twice as big first do cardio like if u work out an hour do 45 min cardio and 15 weight training in a month go 30 min each and so on guys will tll u to do weight training (lifting) but you are trying to lose fat nd cardio is meant for that also eat healthy weight loss i belieive is 70 % what u eat and 30 % exercise so drink lots of water and cut out junk food and you should be fine with working out daily one hours goodluck
