rip rip rip idk why I created this but welcome! so I'm 81 kg and 181cm. Wait you guys don't use that okay fine.... 5'9" foot and 178 pounds.. damn im heavy zzz so I just wanna know how you guys loose your chest fats (manboobs)(moobs) well it is not that apparent but I still don't feel flat chest. idc how much you spam here just tell me the secret or even message me the secret! Don't be grumpy and all!??!.l., I'm 17 without any past workout anything.. No I don't have a gym member card.. No I don't have all those fancy equipment.. Teach me the hard way like basic chest home workout so you will happy with your owned body and won't curl like a slug and roll around over the city!

real talk though, if you want to work out your chest do pushups with your hands farther apart. the closer they are the better it is for your arms, the farther they are the better it is for your chest

I'm not exactly sure what you meant by that. But since you paired me up with light in the sentence, I'm assuming that you're not fond of players who base their game on logical analysis. And I'm also assuming that when you said 'gay' you meant the common slang misuse of the word which is a derogative term used to address something you dislike. So you dislike analysis and logic?

you can't lose weight on certain areas of your body, you just have to lose weight in general and hope it shows in the area you care about

basic chest work out = push ups, do them proper tho

then you just lose weight from either cardio or just not eating as much (or both). for reference if you cut 500 calories a day from your diet, you'll lose a pound a week (this is considered a healthy pace).

so to sum it up:

1. eat less (count your calories too)
2. do push ups
3. maybe run a few km a day
