Weird Lobby Lock Glitch

As far as I can tell, Sandbox is unlocked:

But when I go to the Players tab under the lobby controls, I get this:

Anyone know what's going on here?

Accept them all

look at those many new players that couldve joined the lobby and played with us but instead were locked out because the best course of action was obviously to lock the lobby down to keep out like 3 trolls

Perhaps those are the accounts that tried to get approval when sandbox was still locked.

New players should be able to get in now though.
