How 2 convince parents to stop.....

almost 9 years

Making me drive?

I've been taking lessons since August and honestly, driving is the WORST thing I've EVER had to do in my entire life. Everyone seems like they're completely oblivious to the fact they could end someone's life at any second.

I've told them I will never buy a car or drive after they force my licence on me, but they still insist that I need to get my licence now, and can't get public transport for the rest of my life.

I'm desperate to stop learning, even if I have to pay back all the money spent on lessons to them in the future when I have a job.

Any tips? pls help

i think you're feeling too much pressure. tell them to calm down. and that you dont need to get the license now. you'll go for it when you're ready.

Tell your dad you are too afraid of the world to drive.

It's called the patriarchy.

Report them to child services.

I think girls suck at driving as a part of like a general lack of confidence in their physicality, that it sort of brings it to bear on them, amplifies it. That's maybe not really got anything to do with anything here, but it's interesting imo.
