I've been taking lessons since August and honestly, driving is the WORST thing I've EVER had to do in my entire life. Everyone seems like they're completely oblivious to the fact they could end someone's life at any second.
I've told them I will never buy a car or drive after they force my licence on me, but they still insist that I need to get my licence now, and can't get public transport for the rest of my life.
I'm desperate to stop learning, even if I have to pay back all the money spent on lessons to them in the future when I have a job.
You'll thank them later. Everyone I know who is over 21 and still can't drive sucks to hang out with. You'll always have to depend on other people to give you rides.
i actually think driving sporadically (not owning a car and only driving for "learning") is a bad way to learn how to drive, because instead of making driving a routine it makes it an event, which prob makes your anxiety worse
my advice would be to end someone's life and be like, this is what happens when you force me to drive, now we have to pay a bunch of court fees so i don't go to jail.
driving is something you should probably learn. even if you never do own a car or drive anywhere, if your friend ever needs you to drive their car home because they got drunk at a bar, or if you need to drive someone to the airport or something.
that being said, drivings a lot of fun and as long as you drive defensively when you're nervous, you'll be fine

Women are definitely more like 'Ya? That's life' about f*cked up illnesses and stuff, though.
my man, just out of curiosities sake, if you were to write a love letter, what would you end it with?

I also think women cope better with relatives and stuff being ill, because maybe being a woman basically sucks anyway, but for men it reminds us that we've a lot to lose lol. Maybe??
or maybe it's because women are vapid, emotionless creatures who only care about themselves lol
hey if any cute boys want to send me tokens PM me ;)
