Meta Abuse should be a subsection of Cheating since that's pretty much what it is; 4 is too lenient and one per game is far too strict, since, in order for the rule to be broken, it generally has to happen across a series of games. You could get a note for the first offense, then subsequent violations could be Cheating violations ("via Meta Abuse" would go in the verdict) and would just follow the Cheating infringements

if you put what you say in quotes and say 'it would be against the rules for me to say' before it then you're not breaking any rules
example:
it would be against the rules for me to say "hey lilin, it is me the real harodihg and I can prove this by sending you a text right now"

sorry, i should've been clearer. that's meta abuse if done over the span of multiple games or within the entirety of a round. it's being debated if that should be limited to that or extended to a game per vio.
