How worried do I need to be about my roommate

He drinks almost every weekend about 15-30 beverages
He has an ulcer and is taking medication to get rid of it (at the same time heavily drinking)
And he throws up a lot of blood 3-4 times a day
He's now anemic because of it and lost 36 pounds in 7 weeks
Should I tell someone since he won't stop
