I love McAfee, great leg and great at surprise onside kicks, even if this one was recovered by the Pats.

Also if Rivers was on a better team, like Cincinnati or Arizona, he would've won a super bowl, although if many top quarterbacks were on those teams they would've won a super bowl

you joking Nothin?
Packers have the better defense, better run game and Cobb is much better then Edelman, and anyone who watched Jones in Oakland last year would be surprised that they cut him.

Broncos might be the only team more stacked then Packers outside the QB position.

patriots have the better team but Rodgers is definitely the better qb. I have never seen anyone with so much IQ. he is like the LeBron of the nfl. too bad the nfl is a team sport unlike basketball which is a superstar sport

The worst part about losing on Sunday is not being able to watch ESPN Monday, Tuesday, or Wensday

who are you a fan of BigPock? Since Ravens, Chargers and Seahawks all just lost a 1 score game.lol

I cant say anything, we just lost another 1 score game

Rivers now has 500 yards against 7th ranked defense, but yeah, he's not a great QB.

I have to say, my Seahawks over Colts pre-season Super Bowl prediction is looking really stupid right now.

Maybe Bigpock was right, lol

I forget, when was the last time Rivers led the chargers on a playoff run?

I forget, is football a team game or is it played between 2 QBs and 104 pylons?

Dan Marino (4th greatest QB of all time) never won a Super Bowl, but that wasn't on him that's because he had a terrible supporting cast.

You obviously have a hard on for the guy. Maybe its because hes impregnated his wife 8 times. But hes a good qb, not great.

It depends whether we're looking at this year alone, or factoring in past accomplishments.

If we're looking just at this year:
Tier 1:
Brady, Palmer, Dalton, Big Ben and Rodgers

Tier 2:
Brees, Rivers, Ryan, Carr, Newton and Eli

Tier 2b:
Flacco, Wilson, Stafford and Peyton

If we include past accomplishments then Dalton and Palmer move down. Brees moves up. Romo is Tier 2.

It depends on how many years we are judging this list based on. But Romo isn't 1a

brady rodgers brees (tier 1), healthy romo and healthy big ben (tier 1a). rivers is to me in company with matt ryan, Eli, dalton and flacco (tier 2). Peyton is weird because he looks like garbage half the time but can still throw a 76 yard td apparently, so he's like a tier 1a

rivers is not a top 5 qb though, he's borderline 2nd tier

Out of interest, who'd you put ahead of him?
Brady and Rodgers obviously, maybe Big Ben, maybe Luck. I'd give Rivers the nod over Romo.

Dalton and Palmer have outplayed Rivers this year, but have been too mediocre for too long to rank them high after just 5 good games (though they would be ranked infront rivers in this years MVP race). Brees and Manning have looked old this year.

So yeah 4-6th is where I'd place Rivers right now.

Oh so we're going back in time now ??

No, I'm just saying that in the grand scheme of things, Rodgers current play is far less impressive then people make it out to be.
